Architectural Designer - Beer-Sheva, Israel


We are seeking an experienced Architectural Designer to join our team in Beer-Sheva, Israel. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and developing designs for various construction projects. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop design concepts and present them to clients
- Create detailed drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure designs meet all requirements and specifications
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project feasibility
- Prepare project estimates and timelines
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in architectural design techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working on residential or commercial projects in Israel
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles
- Fluency in Hebrew or Arabic
