Hotel Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team at a luxury hotel in Sheduva. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase occupancy rates. You will also manage a team of sales representatives and work closely with other departments to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing training and guidance as needed
- Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, revenue management, and operations, to create packages, promotions, and special offers
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive analysis
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities
- Develop strong relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and event planners
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in hotel sales or related field
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team towards goals
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels
- Knowledge of hotel operations, revenue management, and marketing strategies
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English is preferred but not required

This is a full-time position with a salary of $900 per month. Accommodation is not provided but visa sponsorship may be available for qualified candidates.
