Land Surveyor


We are in need of a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and collecting data on land and its features. Your role will involve using specialized equipment and techniques to accurately measure and map out the terrain.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys to determine boundaries, topography, elevation, and other features of land
- Use specialized equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and aerial photography to gather data
- Analyze survey data and create maps, charts, and reports
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure accuracy of survey data
- Maintain accurate records of survey results
- Ensure compliance with all surveying standards and regulations
- May oversee the work of junior surveyors or technicians

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficient in using surveying equipment and software
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Good communication skills for collaborating with team members and clients
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations related to surveying

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1700 per month.

Location:
This job is located in Utena, Lithuania. Candidates from India are preferred but all nationalities are welcome to apply.
