Part-Time Merchandiser for Retail Store in Utena, Lithuania

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Merchandiser to join our retail store team in Utena, Lithuania. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the store is well-stocked, visually appealing, and organized to attract and retain customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Replenish and arrange merchandise according to company standards
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any stock shortages to management
- Create eye-catching displays and maintain visual presentation standards
- Conduct regular store checks to ensure products are correctly priced and labeled
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Keep the store clean, tidy, and safe for both employees and customers

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in merchandising or retail preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends

Salary: 1500$ per month (pro-rated based on hours worked)
