Administrative Assistant for Indian Company
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our Indian company in Eschen. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including email, mail, and phone calls
- Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and electronic
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members
- Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and other materials as needed
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and tracking expenses
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing professional customer service at all times
- Support HR functions such as onboarding new employees, maintaining employee records, and coordinating training sessions
- Handle any other administrative tasks assigned by the management team
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration or related field is a plus
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative role; experience in a multinational company is preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic accounting software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi or other Indian languages is a plus
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in all work
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate within a team
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
Salary: $1000 per month
