IT Manager


As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the information technology systems and operations within our organization. This role requires strong technical skills, as well as excellent leadership and communication abilities.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies and policies to support the company's goals
- Oversee the maintenance and security of all computer systems, networks, software, and peripherals
- Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support as needed
- Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for improvements or upgrades
- Ensure that all systems are regularly backed up and disaster recovery plans are in place
- Collaborate with other departments to identify their technology needs and provide solutions
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in IT management or a similar role
- Strong technical skills in areas such as network administration, cybersecurity, and database management
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven track record of implementing successful IT strategies and projects
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Salary:
This position offers a salary of $1500 per month. Salary may vary based on experience.
