Temporary Executive Chef

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team on a temporary basis. As the Temporary Executive Chef, you will be responsible for managing the kitchen and creating exceptional dishes for our guests. Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the kitchen, including food preparation, menu planning, and inventory management
- Train and manage kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food production and service
- Create innovative and delicious dishes that meet the needs of our diverse clientele
- Ensure all food meets high standards of quality, taste, and presentation
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times
- Manage food costs by monitoring portion control and waste reduction
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional training preferred
- Extensive knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train kitchen staff
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure
This is a temporary position with a salary of $1000 per month. Candidates must have a biometric passport and be legally eligible to work in India. This position is open to local candidates as well as international students studying in Gujrat.
