Industrial Architect


We are a leading architecture firm based in Funchal, seeking an experienced Industrial Architect to join our team. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings and structures. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative solutions that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop design concepts for industrial buildings and structures
- Create detailed plans, drawings, and 3D models using computer-aided design software
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the feasibility of designs
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project progress
- Monitor construction process to ensure compliance with design specifications
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide regular updates on project progress
- Research new materials and construction methods to improve efficiency and sustainability

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Industrial Architect
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles
- Experience in project management is a plus

Salary: $1400 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Employment Type: Contract (with potential for permanent position)
Location: Funchal, Portugal (open to all nationalities)
