Architectural Designer (Porto, Portugal)


We are seeking a talented and creative Architectural Designer to join our team in Porto, Portugal. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating innovative and functional spaces for our clients. Your main goal will be to bring their visions to life while ensuring that all designs meet safety regulations and building codes.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Create detailed designs and drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Develop 3D models of proposed designs for clients to visualize the final product
- Conduct site visits to gather information and measurements
- Research local building codes and regulations to ensure compliance with all projects
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of projects
- Continuously stay updated on new materials, techniques, and technologies in the architectural design field
- Present design proposals to clients and make necessary revisions based on feedback

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in architectural design
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail
- Multitasking abilities

Salary: $1600 per month with accommodation provided. Candidates must have a valid biometric passport for employment purposes.
