Entry Level Instrument Technician - Bergen, Norway



We are currently hiring an Entry Level Instrument Technician to join our team in Bergen, Norway. As an Entry Level Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of various instruments used in industrial processes.

Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain various instruments such as flow meters, pressure gauges, and temperature sensors
- Troubleshoot and repair instrument malfunctions
- Calibrate instruments according to manufacturer specifications
- Collaborate with other technicians and engineers to ensure proper functioning of instruments
- Keep accurate records of instrument maintenance and repairs
- Follow safety protocols at all times while working with electrical equipment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Basic understanding of electrical circuits and principles
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Willingness to work in a physically demanding environment with exposure to noise, chemicals, and extreme temperatures
- Prior experience in a similar role is not required but would be considered an asset
