Architectural Technologist


We are hiring an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Esbjerg, Denmark. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating and implementing technical designs for construction projects. Your duties will include collaborating with architects and engineers, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations, and producing detailed drawings and specifications.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop technical designs for construction projects
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Create detailed drawings, specifications, and 3D models using AutoCAD or other design software
- Review project proposals and provide technical guidance on feasibility and cost-effectiveness
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and ensure accuracy of designs during construction phase
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to address any design issues or changes

We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per month for this full-time position. Candidates must have their own visa to work in Denmark.
