Architectural Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Esbjerg. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for designing and creating technical drawings and plans for construction projects. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that all designs meet safety standards and building codes. The ideal candidate must have a biometric passport and be able to work without accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed technical drawings and plans using CAD software
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to develop design concepts
- Ensure all designs comply with safety standards and building codes
- Conduct site visits to gather information for design development
- Prepare cost estimates for materials and labor
- Review project specifications and make revisions as needed
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficient in CAD software, such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Salary: Starting at 1400$ per month.

Location: Esbjerg, Denmark (Preference given to candidates already located in Denmark)
