We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Horsens, Denmark. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial architecture, with at least 5 years of experience in the field.

As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and industrial facilities. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create innovative solutions that meet their requirements while adhering to building codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop design concepts for commercial projects based on client requirements
- Prepare detailed drawings and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Coordinate with engineers and contractors to ensure project plans are feasible and meet all necessary standards
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality control
- Collaborate with clients to make necessary changes or adjustments throughout the design process
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technology advancements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Proficient in CAD software
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

We offer a competitive salary of $1600 per month without accommodation. Candidates must have their own visa status to work in Denmark.
