We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Commercial Architect to join our dynamic team in Horsens. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing designs for commercial buildings, while also considering the practical and financial aspects of the project.

Your main duties will include conducting site visits, meeting with clients to determine their needs and budget, creating detailed plans and blueprints, and collaborating with engineers and contractors to ensure the successful execution of the project. You will also be responsible for obtaining necessary permits and approvals from local authorities.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of architectural principles, building codes, and construction methods. Attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure are also essential qualities for this position.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in commercial architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills in English (Danish proficiency is a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong time-management skills

Salary: $900 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Horsens (relocation assistance is available)
