Head Chef

As a Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen and creating delicious, high-quality dishes for our restaurant in El-Ain. You will lead and manage a team of chefs, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards and within budget. You will also be responsible for menu planning, ordering ingredients, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of chefs, providing guidance and support as needed
- Create new menu items and oversee the preparation of all dishes
- Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation
- Manage inventory levels and order ingredients as needed
- Monitor budget to ensure efficiency while maintaining quality standards
- Train new kitchen staff on proper food preparation techniques
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment at all times
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a team
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail in both taste and presentation
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Degree or certification in culinary arts or related field is preferred
