Office Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Manama. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, organizing office operations, and providing support to the team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and time-management skills, as well as a strong attention to detail. Responsibilities:
- Assist with general office tasks such as answering phone calls, managing emails, and maintaining files.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain office supplies and ensure the office is well-stocked.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and tracking expenses.
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional manner.
- Assist with organizing meetings or events.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in an administrative role preferred but not required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Biometric passport preferred but not required.
