Crane Operator for Construction Site in Lom, India


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Crane Operator to join our team at a busy construction site in Lom, India. As a crane operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of cranes on the site, ensuring safe and efficient lifting and movement of materials and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate cranes according to job requirements, safety standards, and manufacturer instructions
- Inspect cranes daily before use to ensure they are in proper working condition
- Perform routine maintenance on cranes, including lubrication and adjustments
- Communicate with other team members on the ground to coordinate lifts and ensure safety
- Keep accurate records of crane operations, maintenance activities, and any incidents or accidents that occur
- Participate in safety meetings and follow all safety protocols on the construction site
- Troubleshoot any issues or malfunctions with cranes and report them to the appropriate personnel
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines for crane operation

Requirements:
- Valid biometric passport (Indian nationality preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating cranes in a construction setting
- Familiarity with various types of cranes (mobile, tower, etc.) and their functions
- Ability to read and understand technical manuals for crane operation and maintenance
- Physically fit with good hand-eye coordination and depth perception
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Excellent communication skills (basic English required)
- Willingness to work full-time hours with occasional overtime as needed
