We are looking for a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in St. Petersburg. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting accurate measurements and mapping of land areas for various projects. You will work closely with engineers, architects, and construction teams to provide essential information for the planning and development of projects.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough field surveys to gather data on land boundaries, topography, and other relevant information
- Utilize advanced tools such as GPS, laser scanners, and aerial photography to accurately measure and map land areas
- Analyze survey data to create detailed maps, reports, and drawings
- Work closely with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure accurate interpretation and implementation of survey data
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and identify any potential issues or discrepancies
- Keep precise records of all survey data and ensure accuracy of measurements
- Stay updated on industry trends, advancements in technology, and regulations related to land surveying

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Land Surveyor or similar role
- Strong knowledge of surveying techniques, equipment, and software
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Excellent mathematical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex information

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field is preferred. Equivalent experience will also be considered.

Salary:
Salary for this position is $1300 per month.
