We are seeking a skilled Plasterer to join our team in Greenland. In this role, you will be responsible for applying plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces to create a smooth finish. The ideal candidate must have strong attention to detail and be able to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for plastering by cleaning and smoothing them.
- Mix plaster according to specifications.
- Apply plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces using hand tools or machines.
- Smooth out imperfections and ensure a uniform finish.
- Create decorative textures or patterns if required.
- Repair any cracks or damages in existing plasterwork.
- Follow safety protocols while working with heavy tools and materials.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Plasterer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of different types of plasters and their uses.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Attention to detail and precision in work.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in decorative plastering techniques is a plus.
- Formal training or apprenticeship in plastering is preferred.

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time job with regular daytime hours. The job may involve working at heights, using ladders, scaffolding, and other equipment. The candidate must be comfortable working in various weather conditions.
