We are in need of an experienced and skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Aalborg. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness while ensuring a positive and efficient working environment for our staff.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including food preparation, customer service, staff scheduling, and inventory management.
- Train and supervise restaurant staff on proper procedures, customer service techniques, and health and safety regulations.
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency and adherence to menu standards.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supply without excess waste.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner, striving for customer satisfaction at all times.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Create weekly schedules for staff based on business needs while ensuring proper staffing levels at all times.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items or special promotions that will enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or a similar role in the food industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in both English and Danish.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations while maintaining composure and providing effective solutions.
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required by the business.
