Sales Manager - Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and a strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian market. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to meet company objectives, as well as managing a team of sales representatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to ensure high performance and productivity
- Establish strong relationships with key clients and maintain regular communication to ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential areas for growth
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for senior management
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and finance to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall company goals
- Train new sales representatives on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the company's products/services
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B or B2C sales, preferably in the Saudi Arabian market
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of $1800 per month.
Location:
The role is based in Jeddah but may require occasional travel within Saudi Arabia.
