Location: Sheduva, India


A reputable manufacturing company in Sheduva is seeking experienced and skilled Fitters to join our team. As a Fitter, you will be responsible for assembling, installing and maintaining machinery and equipment. This is a physically demanding role that requires strong technical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Assemble parts according to specifications
- Use hand tools and power tools to cut, shape, and fit metal components
- Install machinery and equipment according to instructions
- Perform regular maintenance on machinery and equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and make necessary repairs
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Fitter in a manufacturing setting
- Strong technical skills with the ability to read technical drawings and use hand/power tools
- Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy objects and work in various positions for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with working hours from Monday to Saturday. Overtime may be required depending on production demands.

Language Requirements:
Fluency in English is not required for this position. However, basic communication skills in English would be an asset.

Experience Requirements:
Previous experience as a Fitter is preferred but not required. We are open to candidates without experience as long as they have the necessary skills and a strong work ethic.
