Job Title: Land Surveyor - Atlanta, USA


We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to join our team in Atlanta. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data to accurately determine property boundaries and locations. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field surveys using a variety of equipment, including GPS receivers, total stations, and laser scanners
- Collect and analyze data to determine accurate property boundaries and locations
- Prepare detailed reports and maps based on survey findings
- Work closely with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure accurate placement of structures on land
- Provide expert advice on land use regulations and zoning laws
- Maintain accurate records of survey data and results
- Utilize advanced software programs for data analysis and mapping

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Land Surveyor
- Strong knowledge of land surveying principles, methods, and equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Proficient in using GPS receivers, total stations, laser scanners, and other surveying equipment
- Experience with CAD software for mapping
- Strong communication skills

Salary: $1300 per month
