Part-Time Computer Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Part-Time Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Oslo. As a part-time employee, you will work approximately 20-25 hours per week, providing technical support and assistance to our clients. This position is suitable for both men and women.

Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for clients
- Install and configure computer systems, peripherals, and software
- Maintain accurate records of client requests and resolutions
- Provide timely and effective technical support through phone, email, or in person
- Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and systems
- Stay updated on new technologies and industry developments

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in technical support or related field
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, software, and networks
- Experience with biometric passport systems is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of $1400 per month.

Location:
This role is based in Oslo but may require occasional travel to client sites within the city.
