Entry-Level Computer Support Specialist in Oslo, Norway

As an entry-level computer support specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients in Oslo, Norway. You will work with a team of experienced professionals to troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, and network issues for our customers. Your main responsibilities will include answering customer inquiries, diagnosing technical problems, and providing solutions or workarounds via phone, email, or remote access. You will also assist in the installation and maintenance of computer systems and software.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of computer systems and networks as well as excellent problem-solving skills. A diploma or degree in a related field is preferred but not required. We welcome candidates with no previous experience who are willing to learn and grow with us.
