Data Analyst

We are in search of a skilled Data Analyst to join our growing team in Bergen. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing large sets of data to provide valuable insights and improve business decision-making processes.

Responsibilities:
- Gather and organize data from various sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and other systems.
- Conduct thorough data analysis using statistical methods to identify patterns and trends.
- Develop data models and algorithms to extract actionable insights.
- Communicate findings to stakeholders through visualizations and reports.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions.
- Identify areas for improvement in data collection processes and make recommendations for optimization.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analytics.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and interpret large datasets.
- Proficiency in SQL and programming languages (such as Python or R).
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear manner.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
