Online Consultant (Monte-Carlo)


We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Online Consultant to join our team in Monte-Carlo. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional online customer service and support to our clients. You will be the first point of contact for clients seeking assistance with our products and services, and will use your expertise to resolve their inquiries efficiently and effectively.
In this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of our products and services, as well as the ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment. You must also possess strong problem-solving skills and have a genuine desire to help people.
This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month, plus accommodation provided. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English (additional languages are a plus), have experience in customer service or related fields, and be comfortable using various software programs.
