Civil Engineer: Construction Project Manager



As a Civil Engineer: Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing various construction projects in the city of Esbjerg. You will work closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget. This is a full-time position that requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules in collaboration with project team
- Monitor progress of construction projects and make adjustments as needed
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Manage project budget and expenses
- Communicate project updates to clients and stakeholders
- Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and safety standards are met
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction process
- Provide guidance and support to project team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in construction project management
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations in Esbjerg
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in project management software
- Experience working with biometric passports preferred
- Ability to read architectural plans and blueprints
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Attention to detail
Salary: 1100$ per month
