Baker - Full Time (Medina, Saudi Arabia)


We are seeking an experienced and skilled Baker to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods such as breads, pastries, and other desserts. Our ideal candidate is someone who has a passion for baking and has at least 2 years of experience working in a professional bakery.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts according to recipes
- Ensure all products are consistently high quality and meet our standards
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed to ensure proper baking
- Maintain inventory of baking ingredients and supplies
- Clean and sanitize work area, equipment, and tools regularly
- Train new bakers on our recipes, techniques, and standards

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience working in a professional bakery or pastry shop
- Knowledge of various baking techniques, methods, and equipment
- Able to follow recipes accurately and consistently produce high quality products
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Good communication skills (English proficiency preferred)
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month for this full time position.
