We are in search of an experienced and skilled Baker to join our team in Medina. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating a variety of delicious baked goods such as breads, pastries, and cakes. Your main duties will include mixing ingredients, shaping dough, baking in ovens, and decorating finished products. You must have a passion for baking and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of baked goods according to recipes and quality standards
- Mix ingredients to form dough or batter
- Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofers
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust accordingly
- Decorate finished products with icing or other toppings
- Ensure consistency in product quality and appearance
- Maintain inventory of ingredients and supplies
- Clean and maintain work area and equipment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Baker or similar role
- Knowledge of different baking techniques including kneading, proofing, shaping, etc.
- Familiarity with professional baking equipment
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Creativity in decorating finished products
- Attention to detail and food safety standards
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed

Salary: $900 per month

City: Medina
