Waiter/Waitress - African Cuisine (Sharjah)

We are in search of a skilled and friendly Waiter/Waitress to join our team at our African restaurant in Sharjah. As a Waiter/Waitress, your main responsibility will be to take orders and serve food and beverages to our customers. You must have excellent communication skills and be able to provide exceptional customer service. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers, take orders, and make menu recommendations
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner
- Ensure accuracy of orders and handle any special requests or dietary restrictions
- Handle payment transactions using POS system
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area and ensure tables are properly set up before each shift
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service experience for guests
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification is a plus
- Proven experience as a waiter/waitress in a busy restaurant environment
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
- Customer-oriented approach with the ability to provide personalized service
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
