Foundryman

A reputable foundry company in Pula is seeking an experienced Foundryman to join our team. As a Foundryman, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various foundry equipment to produce metal castings according to specifications. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $1400 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor furnaces, crucibles, ladles, and other foundry equipment
- Prepare molds and patterns for casting
- Pour molten metal into molds and remove castings after cooling
- Inspect castings for defects and make necessary repairs
- Maintain proper inventory of materials and supplies needed for production
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Foundryman in a similar environment
- Knowledge of metalworking processes, including melting, pouring, molding, and finishing techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
- Physically fit to handle heavy materials and work in a hot environment
- Attention to detail with the ability to identify defects in castings
- Valid work visa or eligibility for visa sponsorship
