As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our clients, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining computer systems. You will work closely with other team members to ensure that all technical problems are resolved efficiently and effectively.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of computer systems, networks, and hardware components. You should also possess excellent problem-solving skills and be able to communicate technical information in simple terms.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Install and configure computer systems
- Maintain computer networks by performing regular updates and upgrades
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical problems
- Document all support activities in our tracking system

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Knowledge of computer hardware components and operating systems (Windows, macOS)
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS)
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills in English (Russian language skills are a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
