Position: Architectural Technologist
Salary: $1500 per month
Location: Eschen, Liechtenstein

We are hiring an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our dynamic team in Eschen. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting the architects and designers in creating functional and aesthetically pleasing structures. Your role will involve preparing detailed drawings and models, conducting site visits, and collaborating with other professionals to bring designs to life.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Create 3D models of building designs
- Conduct site visits to gather information and measurements for projects
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure designs are feasible and meet building codes
- Assist in the development of design concepts and proposals
- Review plans and make necessary revisions based on client feedback or project requirements
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and construction techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Architectural Technologist or a similar role
- Proficient in AutoCAD software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluent in English (German is a plus)
