Architectural Technologist- Part Time (With Accommodation)



Our architectural firm in Eschen is seeking a talented and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for developing and producing detailed architectural designs and plans for various projects. This position is open to Egyptian nationals who are fluent in English.

Requirements:
- Must have at least 2 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Must have own valid visa for working in Eschen

Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed architectural designs, plans, sections, and elevations
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Review and revise plans based on client feedback and project requirements
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction is following design plans accurately
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and technology advancements
