Skilled Handyman

As a skilled handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in our company's facilities. Your main duties will include fixing and maintaining equipment, troubleshooting issues, and completing various projects as assigned. You should have a strong understanding of basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills. A biometric passport is preferred but not required for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as fixing leaks, repairing broken equipment, and replacing light bulbs
- Troubleshoot issues with plumbing, electrical systems, and other building systems
- Complete assigned projects efficiently and to a high standard
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Keep accurate records of repairs and maintenance tasks performed
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate work schedules and tasks
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a handyman or similar role
- Strong knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively
- Good communication skills to effectively communicate with team members
- Ability to follow instructions accurately
- Flexibility to work on-call or weekends when needed
- Must have a biometric passport (preferred but not required)
