As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining heavy machinery used for loading and moving materials, such as construction materials or industrial equipment. Your main duties will include loading and unloading trucks, controlling the movement of materials within a work site, and performing basic maintenance on the machinery.

To excel in this role, you should have strong mechanical skills and be comfortable working with heavy equipment. You should also have good hand-eye coordination and be able to follow safety protocols at all times. While previous experience is not required, it is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy machinery, such as loaders, forklifts or excavators
- Load and unload trucks with materials
- Control the movement of materials within a work site
- Perform basic maintenance on machinery, such as cleaning or inspecting for damage
- Follow safety procedures at all times
- Communicate with other team members to coordinate tasks
- Keep track of inventory levels and report any shortages or damages

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Previous experience operating heavy machinery preferred
- Strong mechanical skills
- Good hand-eye coordination
- Ability to follow safety protocols at all times
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects
- Excellent communication skills
Salary: 1400$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
