Concierge Assistant (Contract)

We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Concierge Assistant to join our team in Lisbon. As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting with various tasks related to guest satisfaction. This is a contract position, with the opportunity for long-term employment based on performance.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and assist with check-in/check-out process
- Provide recommendations and arrange reservations for local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Assist with luggage handling and transportation arrangements
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready for guests' arrival
- Handle phone calls and emails professionally and efficiently
- Maintain knowledge of hotel amenities, services, and policies

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly demeanor and professional appearance
