As a Database Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining, organizing, and securing our company's databases. Your role will involve monitoring database performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing security measures to protect our data.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain efficient databases that meet business requirements
- Monitor database performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot database issues and provide timely resolution
- Develop and implement backup and disaster recovery plans
- Ensure data security by implementing access controls, encryption, and other security measures
- Collaborate with development teams to optimize database design for application performance
- Perform regular data maintenance tasks such as data purging and archiving
- Generate reports on database usage and performance for management review

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Proven experience as a Database Administrator or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of database management systems (DBMS) such as MySQL, Oracle, or SQL Server
- Familiarity with data backup and recovery procedures
- Experience in troubleshooting database issues and optimizing performance
- Understanding of data security principles and best practices
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and patterns in data usage

Salary: 1300$
