Computer Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Computer Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and support to our company's computer systems and users. This position will be based in Monte-Carlo and is open to both part-time and full-time candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to computer system users via phone, email, or in-person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including installation, configuration, and maintenance
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues
- Install and configure new hardware and software
- Train users on new systems or software as needed
- Maintain inventory of all equipment, software, and licenses
- Collaborate with IT team to ensure smooth operation of all systems

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software
- Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Mac OS
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good time-management skills
- Available to work flexible hours if needed

Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Information Technology or related field
- Industry certifications such as A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE)
