Pastry Chef at a High-End Restaurant in La Condamine, Monaco
A high-end restaurant in the beautiful city of La Condamine, Monaco is seeking a talented and experienced Pastry Chef to join our team. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing exquisite desserts and pastries that will delight our guests. Our ideal candidate has a passion for pastry and is able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Create and prepare delicious desserts and pastries according to the restaurant's standards
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and delivery of desserts
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Train and supervise pastry assistants and other kitchen staff members
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pastry section of the kitchen
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role in a high-end restaurant
- In-depth knowledge of various pastry techniques, ingredients, equipment, and recipes
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a team
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Creativity and attention to detail when creating new dessert dishes
- Ability to communicate effectively with other team members
Qualifications:
- Degree or certification in Culinary Arts or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Pastry Chef
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month for this position.
