Pastry Chef at a High-End Restaurant in La-Condamine, Monaco
As a Pastry Chef at our high-end restaurant in La-Condamine, Monaco, you will be responsible for creating and executing delicious and visually stunning desserts and pastries. You will work closely with our head chef to develop new menu items and ensure that all desserts are prepared to the highest standards. We are seeking a passionate and creative pastry chef who is able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience working as a pastry chef in a fine dining establishment. In this role, you will have the opportunity to showcase your skills and creativity, while working with top-quality ingredients and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and execute new dessert menu items
- Prepare all pastries and desserts according to recipes and standards
- Maintain inventory of all ingredients and equipment
- Train and supervise junior pastry chefs
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and presentation of all desserts
- Work closely with the head chef to develop new menu ideas
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a pastry chef in a fine dining restaurant
- Excellent knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train junior chefs
- Proficient in English (knowledge of French is an asset)
Salary: $1500/month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: La-Condamine, Monaco (local candidates preferred)
