Junior Civil Engineer


We are hiring a Junior Civil Engineer to join our team in Aarhus. As a Junior Civil Engineer, you will work under the supervision of experienced engineers to assist in the design and construction of various civil engineering projects. Your responsibilities will include conducting site visits, preparing drawings and calculations, and assisting with project management tasks. This position is perfect for recent graduates or those with limited experience in the field. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. This is a full-time position with a starting salary of $1300 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits to gather data and assess project feasibility
- Assist in the design of civil engineering projects such as roads, bridges, and buildings
- Prepare technical drawings and calculations using software programs
- Collaborate with senior engineers to review project plans and make necessary adjustments
- Monitor project progress and report any issues or delays to project manager
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Attend meetings with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in civil engineering preferred but not required
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other drafting software
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good time management skills to meet project deadlines
