As a Teamlead for Biometric Passport Production in Horsens, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of production workers to ensure the efficient and accurate production of biometric passports. Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control measures, and security protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal)

Preferred Requirements:
- Experience in biometric passport production or similar field
