Contract Administrator
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Contract Administrator to join our team in Roskilde. As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for reviewing and negotiating contracts, managing contract compliance, and maintaining accurate records. Responsibilities:
- Review and negotiate contracts with clients, vendors, and other parties
- Ensure all contracts are compliant with company policies and legal requirements
- Maintain accurate records of contract details, including key dates, terms, and conditions
- Communicate with internal teams to ensure contract fulfillment and resolve any issues that may arise
- Monitor contract performance and make recommendations for improvements or changes as needed
- Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices for contract management
- Provide support to the sales team in preparing proposals and bids
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Prior experience in contract management or administration is an asset but not required
Salary: $1600/month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Roskilde (accommodation may be provided if needed)
This is a contract position with the potential for permanent employment based on performance.
