Land Surveyor


We are hiring a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Herzliya. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys and preparing accurate measurements and data for construction projects. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the proper alignment and placement of structures, roads, and utilities.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various equipment such as total stations, GPS, and laser scanners
- Prepare detailed reports and drawings of survey findings
- Analyze survey data to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to provide accurate survey information for project planning
- Utilize CAD software to create maps, plans, and sketches of survey results
- Conduct research on land records, maps, deeds, and other documents to determine property boundaries
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations during field work

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficient in using land surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS, and laser scanners
- Strong understanding of CAD software
- Excellent mathematical skills
- Ability to analyze data and create detailed reports
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of 1200$ per month for this position.

Location:
This job is located in Herzliya. Relocation assistance is not provided.

Preferred Nationalities:
We welcome applications from Indian or Pakistani candidates who have the required qualifications and experience.

Visa & Ticket:
We will provide free visa processing for the selected candidate. However, the cost of travel tickets will be the responsibility of the candidate.
