Land Surveyor

We are seeking a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Herzliya. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries, creating maps and reports, and providing accurate data for construction projects. This is a contract position with a salary of 1300$, perfect for English speaking foreigners without experience who are looking for an opportunity to gain experience in the field. Accommodation will not be provided, so you must be able to arrange your own housing. A biometric passport is required for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys using various tools and equipment
- Analyze data and create accurate reports and maps
- Communicate with clients and provide updates on survey progress
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure accurate placement of structures
- Conduct research on land records and legal documents
- Follow safety procedures while working on site

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field preferred
- Previous experience in land surveying is a plus but not required
- Strong knowledge of surveying tools and equipment
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexibility to work on different terrain and weather conditions
