Land Surveyor

We are currently hiring an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Herzliya. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries, creating maps and reports, and providing accurate data for construction and development projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of surveying techniques and equipment, as well as experience with land surveying software. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month, along with free visa and ticket for non-local candidates. Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various equipment such as GPS, total stations, and laser scanners
- Analyze survey data and create accurate maps and reports
- Determine property boundaries and legal descriptions
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to provide accurate data for construction projects
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards
- Maintain survey equipment in good working condition

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in land surveying
- Proficiency in land surveying software such as AutoCAD or Trimble Business Center
- Strong knowledge of surveying techniques and equipment
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Attention to detail
- Valid driver's license
