Job Title: Construction Project Manager

We are in need of an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in Faisalabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and a proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of the construction project, including budgeting, scheduling, and hiring subcontractors
- Ensure that construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Identify potential issues or delays and develop solutions to keep the project on track
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment needed for the project
- Communicate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management software
