Junior Radio Technician


We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Junior Radio Technician to join our team in Funchal. As a Junior Radio Technician, you will be responsible for assisting with the installation, maintenance, and repair of radio equipment. This is a full-time position with a starting salary of $1300 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the installation and setup of radio equipment, including antennas, transmitters, and receivers
- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues as they arise
- Repair or replace faulty components as needed
- Keep accurate records of all work performed on equipment
- Follow safety protocols at all times
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification in electronics preferred
- Strong understanding of radio frequency principles and electronic circuitry
- Ability to read technical diagrams and schematics
- Familiarity with testing equipment such as multimeters and signal generators
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physically fit to climb ladders or work at heights if necessary
- Valid driver's license preferred
